On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AM I was notified by my phone that there was a transaction from Cash App, which made my Cash App balance negative. I immediately looked at the transaction and did not recognize the merchant. XXXX the merchant and got too many answers to even figure out who to contact directly because I didnt make this transaction Immediately afterwards, I contacted Cash App and within a few hours I was denied by Cash App and the reason was I authorize the transaction which is completely untrue. Not only did I not authorize this transaction I do not know who the merchant is I I wasnt even awake when it was made. It wasnt made online or on the phone by me. I also explained to Cash App that they should be able to see that my card was not only locked, but it didnt even have enough funds in the account. I looked up what to do when your account is in negative balance with Cash app and why it happens and none of the reasons were applicable to me. I didnt authorize it. I did not tip anyone and there were any late charges with this merchant.
