On the XXXX of XX/XX/year> my loan servicing company made payment of my property taxes of {$7200.00}. On the same day ( XX/XX/year> ) they made an additional payment from MY escrow account in the amount of {$8800.00} also for property taxes but for someone else, this second amount of {$8800.00} is not mine. I have checked multiple resources to confirm this. My loan servicing company is currently closed, and I am unable to get this resolved but am doing this as a precaution as my escrow account is now in the negative by - {$6900.00}. This will affect me negatively. I only realized this when I went online to make our monthly mortgage payment yesterday XX/XX/year>, and noticed this egregious mistake. I will be contacting them tomorrow when they are open, but this obviously needs to be taken seriously, and I wanted to inform you and receive help to get it rectified immediately.
