I received my XXXX credit report and One Main Financial has an account listed as potentially negative. The information is inaccurate and incorrect and fraudulent. The report is saying the original amount of the account was {$8900.00} which is totally different from the amount shown on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when it says the account was originally opened. It shows 30 days past due for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, however, it clearly states that the account payments were managed by a financial counseling program where there were auto-debit payments being received by One Main Financial and they received the first payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Secondly, the balance showing as of XX/XX/XXXX is showing {$7600.00} however the negotiated and ACCEPTED offer by One Main Financial is for the amount of {$4000.00} which has NOT been updated. I believe this is fraudulent activity with One Main Financial and they have no intention of being a company of their word to stick to the negotiated offer.
