In, accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Transunion Consumer Services has violated my rights. Inaccurate reporting 15 USC 1681. Section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency ( Transunion ) can not furnish an account without my written instruction of permission. 15 USC 1666B. Also as a consumer per 15 US code 1681n : Civil liability for willful noncompliance. In case of liability of a natural person for obtaining a consumer report under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose actual damages sustained by consumer as a result of the failure or {$1000.00} whichever is greater .Fraud accounts are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXTransunion has reported on my credit report.i did not consent nor authorize Transunion or this company to run my credit or use my social security number.
