Please remove this debt from my credit reports immediately! Ive never received a 1099-C for this debt. This debt was reported stolen on XX/XX/year> with a police report filed. The police were unable to find the vehicle and or whom took possession of it, along with my personal property within it. I have reached out to their customer service representatives, in which they informed me that the account was no longer in their system ( Stellantis Financial ). I received a letter via mail on yesterday, XX/XX/year> as a NOTICE OF OUR PLAN TO SELL PROPERTY, in which I have never received a notice of Right to Redeem from the company in any form nor via mail or certified mail. Per 15 USC 1692F non judicial repossessions are illegal! The vehicle was illegally seized and broken into, in which the police officer and I ( along with the XXXX XXXX XXXX ) disabled the vehicle by turning the engine off and locking its doors remotely from the manufacturer system I have with XXXX XXXX XXXX. This company has refused to provide the 1099-C for my income, but has reported and placed this debt as a charge-off on my credit reports to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Please have this fraudulent activity removed from all XXXX credit reports.
