I am writing to address SoFi Bank response regarding the fraudulent cashing of two checksone for {$6300.00} and another for {$30000.00}. It is clear that SoFi Bank mishandled my funds, and the suggestion that I bear responsibility for this situation is entirely unwarranted. The funds were initially linked to my external XXXX XXXX account and could have been securely transferred there. Instead, SoFi Bank chose to mail the checks, creating an opportunity for them to be intercepted. It is evident that I did not cash these checks, as the signatures on them are not mine.
