I got an email saying i could refinance and pay less on my payment which worked for me and I called because I got paid the following day was promised it would be fine and work and they would postpone the auto payment. next day it wouldnt let me refinance called in and was told it would be investigated and not to worry it would be handled same day and I would get a call back and never did. NOTHING BUT LIES from company
