Consumer Narrative
Hello, on XX/XX/year>, I received notification in my email that I was charged {$1600.00}, {$1200.00}, and {$560.00} on my employee card from XXXX. I never let my employee make any purchase without my authorization, which I also confirmed with my employee. I immediately called American Express to ask them to replace the card number and dispute the amounts. but after a few days, I checked online banking to check the disputed status and I did not see any disputes, so I went back to the above transactions and filed the dispute online this time. Still, they rejected my disputes and made me liable for the transaction that I never made or authorized.
