Key Issue : Experian is not giving me access to my Experian account ( credit file ) despite XXXX months of regular follow ups, emails, calls and faxes with my info, after fraudsters have changed the email/phone account associated with my account. History : 1. My credit info was leaked in XX/XX/2024. I placed a freeze on all my credit bureau accounts in XX/XX/2024 XXXX. However, someone was able to get control of my Experian account and also opened an Experian checking account 3. I need to prove my identity to Experian, so that they can give me access to the account. I have sent all the required info ( passport, utility bill, SSN, ID ) I have been following up on this matter regularly with Experian but they keep saying that they don't have any updates for me 4. I have uploaded my info on Experian, sent faxes, emailed and called them but there has been no resolution to this and no progress. Experian has not even been open to giving us a resolution timeline.
