I am a Licensed Public Fiduciary and XXXX XXXX XXXX for an individual who has a checking account at PNC Bank located in Arizona. I attempted to close my client 's account as my XXXX XXXX for XXXX states I have the authority to close any account bearing the name of my client. PNC bank is refusing me to close the account. They are asking for an XXXX XXXX. I have provided the bank with my Recorded Board of Supervisors Resolution granting me the authority as a licensed fiduciary employed by XXXX XXXX Arizona to have signature authority on bank accounts for my clients that I am the Court Appointed Guardian for. By preventing me access to my client 's bank account, PNC Bank is preventing me from access to my client funds and therefore I am unable to pay bills for my client or secure housing for him.
