On XX/XX/year> I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My vehicle financing was done through XXXX XXXX During this process, there were XXXX hard inquires from a company named Ally Financial which I did not authorize. I noticed the hard inquires and reached out to the company directly via phone. I was advised they were unable to look up my information as I am not a customer of theirs, the customer service rep told me she would look into this and call me back. On XX/XX/year> I mailed written notice of my information being used without my permission and requested removal of the XXXX unauthorized hard inquires. Here is a copy of what I mailed to them ( I removed some of my personal information as advised at the top of this complaint ). I have received no response back and would appreciate XXXX 's assistance in the removal of these hard inquires.
