I mailed in documents to change my name with Experian on XX/XX/2025. On XX/XX/2025 I recieved an email telling me that I no longer have a FICO score or credit history. Experian did not just change the name on my current score or report ; I don't know what they did but it completely erased my history. I have attempted to contact experian several times by phone and I can not get through to real customer service personnel who can help. They " filter '' everything through an automated system, and when it can't help or understand you, it just hangs up. I have not been able to find an email address to ask for assistance either. Currently Experian makes nearly impossible to talk to someone who can actually help. Changing my name was super simple with XXXX and XXXX ; no problems andno eraed history. They also have actual people there who can help. Experian is the most frustrating company that we are forced to work with!
