XX/XX/XXXX I received a a yearly credit report XX/XX/XXXX, and I see that Wells fargo is listed on my report as being charge off XXXX of XXXX. I was suffering hardship financially after Covid and I could not pay on the debt. I have not received a 1099-C as of XX/XX/XXXX. I need the form 1099 immediately to file taxes. I am demanding that you remove the item from my credit report, within 4 days, as your company has taken advantage of the tax write off. If the Item is not removed I will have no choice other than to report this to the IRS ( Internal Revenue Service ), and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Under the FRCA ( Fair Reporting Credit Act ) Companies can not claim a written off/charge off/ profit loss item and still list it as owed on a persons credit report. The actions of this company is causing harm to me in my ability to secure credit necessary for my family. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
