I called to dispute the information on my credit report with account XXXX ( automoblile loan ) and was constantly put on hold and for long periods of time and representative never came back to the phone. This account was paid out and should be closed. The account was paid by my CPI insurance and my gap insurance company, paid in full and should be showing closed in good standing. The rep constantly kept placing me on hold for long periods of time that I ended up hanging up after being on the call for so long.
