I made a purchase on my XXXX XXXX XXXX Comenity Bank card in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not receive a bill or statement, so I sent the company {$50.00} on XX/XX/XXXX through my XXXXXXXX XXXX account. I knew the purchase was around that amount but did not know the exact amount. In XXXX, XXXX called and told me I owed {$45.00}, which I paid then. I got a call today saying that I owed {$160.00}. I checked my credit report and it showed a different amount. I asked for the last XXXX transactions. XX/XX/XXXX {$2.00} finance charge XX/XX/XXXX {$37.00} late fee XX/XX/XXXX {$2.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$41.00} late fee XX/XX/XXXX {$2.00} finance charge XX/XX/XXXX {$45.00} payment ( I did not know what I was paying for at this time, but they told me I owed it so I made a payment ) XX/XX/XXXX {$41.00} late fee. How am I charged a late fee when I make a payment first of all? So, in total, I have paid {$95.00} for a {$54.00} purchase. I asked to have the late fees waived and they said no. I told them I needed my statement mailed to me, and they would not answer me and that they would mail me a statement. I told the man I did not know my account number, and he would not provide it. They are unwilling to work with me. I told the man to close my account, and he said it was closed, but I would continue to accrue late fees. I sent them {$160.00} through my bank account and I feel like they have stolen this money from me.
