The Debtor is XXXX XXXX, and the XXXX XXXX is the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX. Their phone number is : XXXX. I have just been served with the SECOND Summons asking that I respond to their suit on behalf of XXXX XXXX. Mind you this is NOT a notice to appear, but rather a request to accept or deny the debt, and explain why I can not pay it. I have already written directly to XXXX XXXX, as well as responded to the first summons, where I indicated that yes, the debt is mine, but since illness has robbed me of my ability to work, I now have to survive solely on my Social Security. I explained that I have NO SAVINGS. Each time I have to respond to these things, it costs me XXXX that I do not have. I called the law firm, and tried to explain, and all I got was a clerk spewing legalese. When I asked her why they keep issuing summonses for the same information, her response was that they would continue to do so until I paid the debt. I confess that I got quite angry at this, because, as I already had explained, I CAN NOT PAY IT!!! I am mailing a CEASE AND DESIST LETTER today. Can they continue to harrass me this way/
