SELF FINANCIAL/ LEAD BANK Is reporting inaccurate, unvalidated information on my Consumer report The report reads that there is a original balance of {$720.00} This is incorrect The Account # is XXXX I request the original signed document and evidence of a contract There are no evidence of this loan/credit application and if there is I have no seen them Verified proof is required via 15 U.S.C 1681 and other supporting documents This Fraudulent report is in Violation under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, RCW 62A.3, RCW 19.16 and 19.86 No notarized copy of the original wet ink signed contract exists or was ever provided I would like to communicate with SELF FINANCIAL /LEAD BANK through the CFPB so that there is evidence that I have disputed these violations in the event they are required to show in a court proceeding, SELF FINANCIAL/LEAD BANK has violated my consumer rights in various ways and damaged my credit report with false and misleading reporting and I have proof and supporting documents of these false allegations and deceptive practices SELF FINANCIAL /LEAD BANK has committed against me. In the event I sue for damage I want my FTC report and CFPB complaint to be on the record and put in as evidence against SELF FINANCIAL/ LEAD BANK so that I can be secure maximum compensation. I also want SELF FINANCIAL/LEAD BANK to be advised that Notice to any agent of the STATE or under courts regarding this fictitious and false report damaging my credit is also a Violation.
