My name is XXXX XXXX, I am submitting this complaint on behalf of myself. There no 3rd party company disputing on my behalf. Please do not send me a automated responce. All documents will be uploaded to support my dispute. I recently received a copy of my credit report in the mail that you sent out with the investigation results that you were not able to verify correctly. I noticed accounts on my report that were not granted permission to post on my credit report. I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANYONE consent to my nonpublic personal information nor have I given any 3rd party consent to furnish a report. Please do not respond with automated letters or messages, as I am writing this letter on my own behalf
