Consumer Narrative

I am having an issue with the company XXXX. They provide many products related to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, is the middleman between myself and the company XXXX which provides the product to me. XXXX over the last few months have been overcharging me recklessly. The first incident occurred XXXX XXXX. I received a notification from Navy FCU stating my checking account was overdrawn by nearly - {$4300.00}. I had at the time no idea who the company was that was charging me. I notified the bank in person XXXX XXXX and there wasn't much the rep could do to help me except input a dispute into the computer system. I asked what could I do in the mean time and I was advised I could try to reach out to the company. Because of charges made prior to XXXX XXXX and the merchant name being the same I reached out to the vendor XXXX and asked if they knew of the company XXXX. They told me that would be XXXX. I asked why did my statement have XXXX and not XXXXXXXX XXXX could not answer that for me and I tried to reach out to XXXX but no one answered the phone that is listed on their website for refunds. I never did authorize XXXX to take payments from me. Neither did I give consent of anykind to XXXX to share any of my banking info with any other company. I've had no resolve to this issue when trying to get my bank account with Navy FCU in good standing. I was denied twice in my efforts to have this resolved by Navy FCU stating that the transactions match my spending pattern according to their fraud system. I believe if Navy FCU took the time to assess my situation and the statements they would be able to see something is clearly questionable about these transactions that they paid for and are holding me responsible to pay back when this was not my doing neither did I have any part in acquiring these charges. This company XXXX I feel is robbing me of my money by trying to collect money from me for charges and transactions already completed between XXXX and myself.
