On XXXX XXXX Chime Bank closed my chime account without any notification. Chime kept my {$600.00} that is in my chime account. On XX/XX/year> when I went to login into my chime account I could not login to my chime account. I then contacted chime by phone and chime representative told me that my account was closed and that my money was not refundable to me. Chime representative told me to contact XXXX XXXX and chime representative did not give me a phone number for XXXX XXXX and could not give me any answers to where my funds were and why my account was closed for no reason. I then contacted chime bank again on XXXX XXXX and chime representative was very rude and gave me the same answers as when I spoke with them on XXXX XXXX.
