I reviewed my consumer reports and there are inaccuracies in the reports. There are accounts marked as 30 Days Late and I have never been late with any payments. I have always made on time payments on my accounts, I have never been late. Consumer reporting agencies are required by law to report accurate information. I am requesting a thorough investigation of these discrepancies with documented written evidence to prove these late payment accusations that legally support these consumer reporting agencies inaccurate claims. Please provide my original creditors financial statements with payment history logs of my accounts showing these late payments with the exact dates, and dollar amounts of the actual missed payments and when these late payments were actually received, as well as provide me with a written transcript of the recorded phone call conversations with the time, date and staff persons names of when these late payment discrepancies were reported to these consumer reporting agencies from the original creditors.
