I borrowed {$3000.00} from Lendmark twice and I owe them XXXX in total. However, the loan on my credit is showing for {$10000.00} due to nonpayment due to hardship. Lendmark will not allow me to pay under the set amount which is {$240.00} and any time. They informed me that they went to court on XX/XX/year> for a judgement. Due to me paying the past due balance my wages was not garnished. I was never informed of the court date to attend. As of yesterday ( XXXX ) the XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) informed me that their XXXX will be filing court proceedings after the XXXX XXXX due to 3 months of nonpayment. He informed me that hes taking others to court for being 30 days behind. I feel threatened and harassed by this company and not to pay my debt because I will but to be treated poorly is unacceptable. The {$4000.00} increase is questionable and informing me that I have to pay {$240.00} for the next 7 years is absurd.
