XXXX was taking from my account On XX/XX/2024 I dispute it with my bank they decline my request They did not provide to me enough information Why my claim was denied when I clearly tell them that wasnt me who authorized the transaction I tried to reach out to the company I cant get to them they bank refuse to do a proper investigation this is why I want to file a complaint against them Truist bank is the worst bank I have ever had they not refund me they refuse to investigate
