Chime has treated me unfair lied to me on multiple occasions I filed a dispute for XXXX XXXX because of a scam filed this dispute provided documents to prove my dispute was not given the provisional credit when I was assured that I would receive my provisional credit every time it get close to the date they give me that the credit will post they deny the dispute with no documentation on why my then file a rebuttal which moves the provisional credit date this has happened several times then all of sudden the XXXX dispute go down to XXXX XXXX which they can not explain and it has now been 120 days and they are still working on it in XXXX my phone was stolen I sent in police report copy of arrest of the person who stole it multiple charges to my account no provisional credited was provided they assured me again that I would receive my money and I sent in documents my dispute was denied a couple days before the provisional credit was due even though I gave support documents about my claim In XX/XX/XXXX I received my social security check and they took XXXX dollars for a loan they provided through their my pay at the time my phone was stolen And when I bring this to their attention they say I file a new claim I have been discriminated against because of my XXXX and race I have been on the phone with while they patronize me send me over two different operators I can hear them laughing and making XXXX remarks and theyll switch me to someone else never answering my questions. Never give me a reason why Im not getting a credit each time they switch me over to a person theyll turn around and ask me my name my address and my lab where my Social Security number turn around and say what is this about? Ill be on the phone for hours and a time with you and then theyll tell me you dont have to keep calling us. Youre gon na get your money. Im not being treated here and Ive asked the lawyer about this and they said that I should have received a provisional credit within 10 days if they did not resolve the incident and I should been given documents of why, why they denied it and what they used to deny it I never received this. They tell me it takes to 20 days to receive those documents and when I asked for the documents will reopen the dispute and then theyll say youre gon na get a credit on this day and then the day Ill change again and just keep going going and Im just tired of it. Im right now being homeless and my car taken and then my check came and it took {$500.00} out of that loan provided stolen and because I told him that I have a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
