Jefferson Capital Syst called me and said I have to pay that debt i told them that I refuse to pay because I am not responsible for this debt, i also told them to send me the original contract with my signature on the original contract that I signed but until Jefferson Capital Syst, proved me with the original contract they have to remove asap from my credit reports. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1692C Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any Debt This item was purchased by a Third Party Debt Collector ( Jefferson Capital Syst ). This account must be deleted as the status is not correct, the amount is not accurate, and the account was paid for less than owed by the Third-Party Debt Collector. As you can see from my credit reports and highlighted issues. This information is NOT CORRECT & NOT ACCURATE. Therefore, it must be DELETED IMMEDIATELY. Here is the account name : Jefferson Capital Syst and Account number : XXXX for reference and incorrect amount also. How much did the collection company pay for this item? I don't know and neither does my credit report reflect such amounts. This is a clear violation of the FCRA as this is not accurate or complete. DELETE THIS IMMEDIATELY! Thanks,
