Indigo Mastercard- Does not apply payments to available balance after taking the money from the consumers bank account. Payments made during the billing cycle are taken from my bank right away. They are listed as payment posted on the account. But they do not apply them to the available balance for 2 or more weeks, and usually not until the next billing cycle starts regardless of how early the payment is made. They set the account to 0 balance with no available credit when it has been paid off in full. They charge fees that the account is over when they have already taken the payment out of my bank account and listed it as posted weeks beforehand. I have called them about it and they will not correct it. Instead they locked the card even though it was paid off and I had to spend hours on the phone to get it unlocked. It has been going on for months.
