I am writing to formally file a complaint against Equifax regarding their failure to investigate disputes in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Despite disputing several inaccurate items on my credit report on three separate occasions, Equifax has failed to adequately address my concerns.
