I was a part of the Equifax breach and subsequently supposed to be afforded credit monitoring after such events. Since this took place, literally years ago - I can not login to my account, I can not create a new account, I can not reset my password, I can not reset my email or username, I can not do anything or receive my credit report, receive credit monitoring, or even pay for their services out of my own pocket. I am completely locked out. I've tried calling and they say it's a technicaly issue and that it will be resolved " eventually. '' It has been 8 years since I was able to last log in to Equifax. I would love to dispute a lot of inaccurate information that both XXXX and XXXX has found fraudulent and removed, but I can not because I am not even able to submit disputes without an account. Requests by fax and mail also go unanswered.
