The issue was escalated to a supervisor who, after reviewing my case, stated that there was nothing further he could do other than send an email to their credit team. This step has already been taken, and it resulted in another denial without any resolution. Given the circumstances, I am requesting that the CFPB assist in resolving this matter, as my attempts to work directly with the mortgage company have been unsuccessful. I am seeking that the mortgage company corrects the error on my credit report and ensures that my payment history is accurately reflected. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
