I sent remittance money from my bank account to a foreign recipient via Sendwave /CHIME. Sendwave/Chime deducted the said money from my bank account but never delivered to the recipient bank account. I contacted them regarding the anomaly. They asked for a bank statement from the recipient bank as proof money was not deposited/remitted into that account and I complied. I obtained a bank statement from my recipient bank and sent it to XXXX sendwave and they acknowledged receiving the bank statement. Everything then went quiet. They have not told me what happened to my money which in total is {$10000.00} for XXXX weeks now. When I call or chat with their representative, they seem to take me in circles. Sometimes they ask for more bank statements or promise to escalate the complaint without any tangible results.
