XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX This letter is in response to all letters, emails, phone calls, or any other mediums of communication where I've received notices from your organization. By the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, specifically 15 U.S. Code 1692c, this is my formal declaration to terminate and cease all communication from your organization regarding the debt you are attempting to collect. In response to this " Cease Communication '' letter, and by the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act, you may only contact me to inform me that there will be no further collection efforts or to notify me that a specific action will take place. If this alleged debt belongs to me, then please provide the Validation of Debt agreement that speaks on my behalf. By 15 U.S. Code 1692g, please send me a detailed list of the history of payments I've made on this account. I also want to witness the signature that I've signed on official contract documents guaranteeing that I would pay this creditor or your agency. I am also requesting proof that there have been any insurance claims found on this debt. And lastly, I will request proof that you have the chain of title to collect on this debt. Please be advised that I am well aware of my rights and know that any further contact by you or your company, except a communication confirming your acknowledgment of this letter, violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In addition, any third ( 3rd ) party that you use to coerce the collection of this debt shall also violate federal law. If you do not cease communication, a lawsuit will be filed against you.
