i applied for a XXXX {$10000.00} personal Loan with Sofi Bank online during the week of XX/XX/year> on XX/XX/year> i recived a unable to approve email letter from Sofi Bank during the week of XX/XX/year> thru my app i recived approval for my loan online from Sofi Bank XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX very high rates i did not like but accepted the XXXX page aggrement they told me they called the Sofi customer support about the rates but they needed my banks information account numbers and routing numbers of my bank to send the loan funds to me. i complained about their process after the fact that i had already provided that information but they said they needed it so they had a resolution person email me regarding the information needed to verify my bank and my banking account and routing numbers this process of my banking information contiued for several weeks in XXXX so I requested my XXXX be Cancelled or declined because i felt i was being used just to get my banking information the process did not and still feels unreal. Since this initial start i have called Sofi Bank Customer Support about the status of my loan over XXXX times just to hear them tell me they need my bank information which i provided and or i had to open a Sofi Bank account no one could tell me about when i would recived my loan funds to my bank but yet they wanted me to send a payment to them on XX/XX/year> the first installment of a loan funds i or my bank has not recived to date. As of XX/XX/year> i have been reiving emails about being pass due and i have revied calls from Sofi regarding the loan funds that i have never recived this has been a Nightmare
