I will XXXX before this year end. if my issue is not resloved. i have been victim of identity theft for over 9 years. i have been trying my best to reslove this issue. i have did what is in my power. but they are not listening or understanding Law Lets use the power of Law now : 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 - Block of information resulting from identity theft ( a ) Block Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency of ( 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; Attached ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; Attached, Police and FTC ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer ; and Attached ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer. Answer : Experian, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX : first delete all my information. because of you data, i can not rent a apartment and lost job with DHS-ICE and many more. this is my last try before i XXXX before year end.
