I woke up to a voicemail from my TD banks NA, on XXXX XX/XX/2024 about my ATM card being used for several transactions 4 transactions were processed and the rest were denied. I immediately called the bank and asked them that that was not me. They mentioned that I can not dispute the transactions unless they are posted. I waited two days and then filed the claim and told them all the details. I never used my card for cash withdrawals or in supper markets. And the two transactions was of super markets and two for atm withdraws, I am ready to share all my statements to prove that. I found out that from a customer services agent that one of my TD atm card was mailed to my address in Virginia knowing that I have already changed my address in their records, they also said that the auto renewal system sometimes doesnt update the address. I suspect that might have caused the compromise of my card. I really am lost. What to do to prove to them that it was a total failure of their security that they promise when you open an account with them. They always show that they are FDIC insured but it seems that they are just selling their products. I will really appreciate your help in this regard.
