Upon submitting several disputes with Discover Bank and the credit reporting agencies, I learned that Discover Bank refuses to provide me with a full detailed transaction and payment history. After several requests for supporting documents to validate this alleged debt amount, Discover Bank Representative XXXX, during my last discussion via phone informed me that Discover Bank does not have a full and/or complete transactions and payment history of my account. In addition, he went on to verify that Discover Bank purged my file and that there were no transactions and/or payment history dating back before XXXX XXXX It should be noted for the past XXXX years, I have been disputing with Discover Bank and all three credit reporting agencies to report the correct balance. I told them my issues with the transactions and payments. However, my credit report balance dispute investigations continue to conclude as XXXX. Please note that XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX are no longer investigating my disputes regarding Discover Bank. They informed me to contact Discover Bank directly or I have to subpoena the courts to get my completed proof of debt.
