I was XXXX and Kia was working with me on my payment arrangements. Kia repo the vehicle XX/XX/year>. They told me in order to get the car back I will have to pay the car off Im full. I explained I didnt have {$21000.00} and never got the car back. Kia sold the car XX/XX/year> and been reporting negative payments on my credit report since XX/XX/year> until now with a status of a write off. I called and ask for the 1099C and the representative stated they that it likely that Kia will not issue a 1099C form.
