As of XX/XX/year> i am receiving adversarial responses from Experian to multiple of my disputes and as a result Experian is making unverified responses to those disputes in violation of 15USC 1681i and 15USC 1681s-2. Experian has not demonstrated how any investigative procedure they executed herein has verified the information reported on my credit report. It appears Experian believes that i should have supporting documents and other information to support my dispute claim however that is not what the law under FCRA requires. It is Experian and the furnishers of information in the report to verify accuracy of the report using a examination of sufficient evidence executing reasonable procedures.
