They are XXXX AMEX gift cards. I have verified the balances yet whenever I try to use one of the online or to move the funds to a digital wallet it charges {$0.00} and then nothing else. The purchase gets declined and eventually the {$0.00} gets put back on the card. Have tried it at a dozen different places with the same outcome every time.
