My insurance payments are escrowed into my loan, as is required. My home insurance through progressive was supposed to be payed by XXXX XXXX I received a letter that my insurance payment was due like I normally do every year. This year however, NewRez did not make the insurance payment on time, which resulted in a lapse in coverage from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX according to the date from XXXX XXXX which payment for XXXX insurance policy was made. I received three letters total from my mortgage company, XXXX. The first letter states that I needed to provide proof of insurance. The second letter I received said that my insurance policy had been paid for XXXX and that no further action was required. I then XXXX weeks later, received the third letter from mortgage company that states I will have to pay for insurance for XXXX XXXX XXXX due to a lapse in coverage. The lapse in coverage was due to non on time payment by my mortgage company. I can not make the insurance payment as it is in the escrow account, operated by XXXX. The last XXXX years everything has ran perfectly fine nothing has been late or unpaid but this year something is different. I have included below pictures of the policy renewal for the last XXXX years showing that XXXX was sent the documents by XXXX. I am not sure why there was a lapse in coverage if the policy states it is effective XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
