On XX/XX/2024 at XXXX XXXX some XXXX accent woman from Westlake Finance called and stated that my balance is one day late. It's outside of normal hours and is considered harassment in the state of XXXX to call in weekends and before XXXX XXXX. I have spoken to a representative a day prior and explained I will make a payment on XXXX as that is my payment date. I want the company to stop harassing calls this early on on my lease of the vehicle loan from Westlake. I have also filed a complaint with Missouri Attorney Generals office because of the time of day they called. I should not be a subject to harassment of this company and this is a brand new loan and I'm getting harassed by them this early on in the loan establishment frame. Further harassment by them will result in legal action taken again Westlake.
