I am a victim of of a XXXX XXXX and XXXX theft and the scammer somehow got access to my credit card info ( I'm assuming from my either my XXXX acct and or credit report ) and made XXXX unauthorized transactions on XX/XX/XXXX for {$2800.00} and XX/XX/XXXX {$4000.00}. I contacted them and filed a fradulent report and I sent them a copy of the report I filed with the police, FTC and FBI ( XXXX ), they informed me they would investigate. They said due to their findings I was required to pay. I had to take out a credit line from another credit card company to make the payment because I am retired and on a fixed income. This caused my XXXX XXXX to suffer as I sought means to pay them. I have always paid my bills in a timely manner and they were not willing to work with me. They told me they were sorry, but they were unable to assist me.
