Hello, please see my initial complaint against XXXX in the below quotation marks. I am now dealing with a situation where my credit report scoring has now dropped XXXX points because XXXX has still not updated XX/XX/XXXX credit reporting with the credit bureaus ( they sent me a copy of the letter they submitted ), however XXXX is still not updated and now XXXX being erroneously reported delinquent for XX/XX/XXXX as well. Their error in my credit reporting for the past two months has cost my XXXX XXXX to take a major hit. XXXX need to call the credit bureaus in addition to submitting a new letter to include XXXX reporting as well. I recently had some major repairs completed on my XXXX XXXX which had financially crippled me at the moment. I have my car loan via XXXX. I logged onto my account on XX/XX/XXXX and there was availability to pay one car payment and then fill out online documents for an extension on the remaining balance. I made the payment of {$220.00} and the extension documents were completed showing I was now current and would not be reported 30 days delinquent on my credit report. XXXX sent me a copy of the extension documents signed on by both parties for approval. Document number XXXX. Days later I go back in to look at my account and no evidence of the Deferment and now Ive been reported 30 days late. I called XXXX today, XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, a Customer relations associate. She tells me their department is the highest in the company and that my extension was reviewed again and denied due to my cars upcoming maturity date. I told her nothing was sent to me in writing stating this. She told me that they do not send the denial out in writing. I requested the denial in writing. She told me she was not going to send it to me. I told her then I can not believe it was actually denied. I have a signed document of approval and without a denial in writing, they could be telling me anything. I want my credit reporting corrected for this month as its unfair I was approved and under the impression I would not be reported as delinquent. I want my deferment shown as up to date and my credit reporting corrected and fixed. Also spoke to XXXX, ID number XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, also denied me the right to have the denial in writing. She stated thats not the companys practice. It sounds to me that they are refusing to honor the approval and back peddling because of their oversight.
