District Court for XXXX XXXX XXXX Georgia XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; Case XXXX I am filing CFPB complaint against Trans Union for fraudulent accounts that have appeared on my credit report. I have been stressing to Trans Union that these accounts are a result of Identity Theft stemming from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Attached is a copy of my government-issued identification and a copy of the identity theft report. I am requesting these fraudulent items removed immediately from my credit files. The erroneous, fraudulent accounts are : Fraudulent Account/ Transaction/ XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Balance : {$4200.00} Fraudulent Account/ Transaction/ XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Balance : {$320.00} The listed accounts are not mine, never been authorized by me, and are frivolous, I am being harassed, and I demand the fraudulent items listed to be removed, or I will hire an attorney and proceed with legal ramifications. Despite this, Trans Union continues to badger, bully me. I need verifiable proof of these credit transactions were not initiated by me, as well as proof of identity to confirm who applied for these frivolous debts. I know my consumer rights under Federal laws. I have attached a copy of proof from FTC Identity Theft Complaint. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), s15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ( a ), I am requesting that you immediately : Block and remove all fraudulent information from my credit file ; notify any third parties to whom this fraudulent information may have been reported ; and provide confirmation in writing that the requested changes have been made to my credit report. I certify under penalty of perjury that the information provided in this notice and its attachments is accurate I will seek legal actions, for violating my consumer rights.
