Through the weeks of end of XXXX to the beginning of XXXX I was traveling from XXXX to XXXX I lost my wallet venmo was my only source of income getting money transfers from my sister understandably I had to go to different gas stations to purchase gas along the way I informed venmo of this letting them know I was out of town from XXXX California and I was heading on my way home and I lost my wallet abruptly thereafter they froze my account have not gave me any explanation on why there was no disputes there's no transactions I just declared fraudulent they just went ahead and locked my account with funds currently in it right now then they unlocked my account for a day and when I try to recover those funds they went ahead and suspended my account again this is more of a prejudiced issue towards me specifically then an overall terms issue they've not giving me any explanation of what I've done wrong if I did anything which they can't because I've done nothing wrong they have no proof of this and I know they don't meanwhile they've now caused my bank account to overdraw over {$100.00} because the funds that they're stealing from me were to cover bills that I had in my bank account those bills have now been debited from my bank without any funds because venmo has stolen my money and 180 days time frame is absolute nonsense because I've done nothing wrong again so I've done nothing wrong they don't have a right to just freeze my account for XXXX 180 days I have to do a violation for that to happen which I haven't done any and they have not given me any proof of it or any explanation of it except for a broad corporate lawyer theme terms of policy that has nothing to do with my situation so again I want to be reimbursed for the money that has been overdrawn in my bank account and the money there currently holding they can close my account I'll go away but I will not do so until I have my money that they owe me
