On XX/XX/year>. CAPITAL ONE wrote off {$2500.00} on their taxes as a profit loss. CAPITAL ONE was supposed to provide me with the 1099-C form so I can write it off as income, which they never did send me the form. At the same time, CAPITAL ONE is reporting the amount of {$2500.00} on my credit report as a balance, even though they took a tax break. Which considered this DEBT FULLY PAID. So, im requesting a copy of the 1099-C that I never received from CAPITALONE. Everything is about accuracy. So, if CAPITAL ONE fails to send me a copy of the 1099-C form while still reporting the account as a CHARGE OFF on my credit report. That, to me, is IN ACCURACY. Under FCRA, by law, I'm entitled to sue CAPITAL ONE for SANCTUARY DAMAGES. This is FRAUD that CAPITAL ONE is doing. In the same way, CAPITAL ONE EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT and the ability to report that account to my credit report. i have the right to report CAPITAL ONE to the IRS for fraudulent activity. I LIKE THIS ACCOUNT TO BE REMOVE OFF MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE Please is a screenshot providing proof to my dispute
