For the full story. I ordered a jacket with my cashapp card from a website. However, they ended up not having my size so they decided to either give me a refund or replace it. I chose the refund. So around a week later I contacted the merchant and they stopped responding and they took down their website and all of their socials. So I went to cashapp to dispute this purchase but for some reason they keep denying my claim.
