I am a victim of unfair debt collection practices. The company XXXX XXXX is knowingly furnishing false and misleading account information in my name to XXXX and XXXX for an alleged amount of {$XXXX}. The company is stating that I owe a debt to them which I do not owe to them. I do not have any association with the company and never entered into any contracts with the company. The company should not have any of my non public personal information including but not limited to my name, address and phone number. Because I never engaged with the company, it means that my personal information was obtained without prior consent directly from me, which means it was obtained by means of identity theft and deceptive forms. These actions are ruining my credit reputation and are causing damages to my household. I will not tolerate unfair debt collection practices. I am seeking justice and remedy.
