I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF A DATA BREACH THAT OCCURED IN XXXX OR XXXX AND I AM UNABLE TO FIND THE LETTER AT THIS MOMENT, HOWEVER, IT HAS RECENTLY COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT WHOMEVER RETRIEVED MY INFORMATION DURING THIS TIME FRAME APPARENTLY BEGAN OPENING CELL PHONE ACCOUNTS IN MY NAME. A RECENT ACCOUNT FROM XXXX REPORTED FOR {$30000.00} AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH XXXX. ANOTHER ACCOUNT FROM XXXX RECENTLY REPORTED AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH XXXX EITHER. XXXX IS REPORTING WITH A COLLECTION AGENCY CALLED TRUE ACCORD AND I HAVE ALREADY FILED AN FTC REPORT AND MAILED THIS TO XXXX ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS AND XXXX CONTINUES TO RESPOND A LETTER STATING THEY DONT ' BELIEVE ITS ME. I ALSO RECENTLY FILED ANOTHER FTC FOR THE XXXX ACCOUNT THAT IS REPORTING WITH SURISE CREDIT. I HAVE SENT ALL THE INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT BURUEAUS AS WELL BUT I AM NOT HAVING SUCCESS WITH THESE ACCOUNTS BEING REMOVED AND THEY ARE NOT MY ACCOUNTS.
