Account # XXXX This item was purchased by a third party debt collector ( CKS Prime Investments LLC ) This account must be deleted as the status is not correct, the amount is not correct. The account was paid for less than owed by the third party debt collector. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 605. It is illegal to report information that is not accurate on my credit report, also without my permission. THEREFORE IT MUST BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY. How much did the collection company paid for it the item? I don't know, nor does my credit report reflect such amounts. This is a clear violation of the FCRA as this is not accurate or complete.
