Follow-Up Dispute Verification - Failure to Comply with FCRA and this is the proof than show the violation Totally all law written to FCRA Section 611, FCDRA AND TILA, DELETE IMMEDIATELY THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT : I am writing to formally THIS COMPLAINT the accuracy of information PERSIST IN THE ACCOUNT AND THE bureau has verified on my credit report regarding the following account : Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX While I appreciate your response indicating that the information has been verified, I believe there are still significant inaccuracies that require further investigation. Additionally, under the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), 15 USC 1601, it is imperative that all credit information provided is accurate and transparent to protect consumer rights As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to dispute inaccuracies in my credit report. I request that you conduct a more thorough investigation into this matter, particularly considering the following points : 1. Inconsistencies : There are discrepancies among the three credit bureaus regarding this account. 2. Verification Issues : According to Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) of the FCRA, you are required to verify accounts through original documentation. I request that you provide the supporting documentation you relied upon to verify this account. 3. Specifically, I wish MORE POINT AND VIOLATION HAVE THE EQUIFAX TO MY RIGHT AFTER THE INVESTIGATION THE ACCOUNT HAVE DISCREPANCIES AND INACCURATE : 1. Failure to Investigate Accurately ( 15 U.S. Code 1681i ) : After submitting a dispute regarding inaccuracies on my credit report, I did not receive a thorough investigation within the mandated 30-day timeframe. The results of the investigation did not adequately address my concerns. 2. Inadequate Compliance Procedures ( 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) ) : The bureau has not demonstrated that it has implemented reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on my report. I am requesting detailed information on the procedures used during the investigation. 3.
